Breakfast Dreams Arayes. Grilled Pita stuffed with spiced beef, pork sausage and fresh herbs. Served with a maple spiked tahini sauce and spicy harissa. A dish originating from the Levant.
Cena Vegan Mexican Pizza 100% Plant Based. House made seasoned ground plant based protein, and refried beans layered between two crispy, flour tortilla shells. Topped with chopped tomatoes, house made nacho cheese, signature guacamole scoops & jalapenos.
Saulitos Smoked Tomahawk. Smoked to tenderness and reverse seared to form a nice crispy, smokey, bark!
Mama Musubi Japanese -Style Smoked Pork Belly with Yaki Onigiri. Grilled tare-glazed rice ball served with thick-cut heritage pork belly smoked by our friends at Black Sugar BBQ, finished with pickles and a dash of shichimi.
Lobsterdamus Smokey Jolly Grilled Oysters. Half-Dozen Baja Laguna Bay Oysters (via The Jolly Oyster) grilled on the half shell with garlic thyme Lobsterdamus Butter and melted Romano cheese and grilled crostini.
Full Send Reverse Seared Hanger Steaks. Sous vide in a buttery garlic herb blend and reverse seared on the grill to lock in flavors Topped with chimichurri.
Shlap Muan Lemongrass Tumeric grilled chicken with Cambodian Garlic Noodle. Served with a bright and vibrant lemongrass turmeric yogurt sauce.Paired with Cambodian Style garlic noodles, cooked with garlic done 3 ways.
Yatai Neighborhood Nikumaki Onigiri. Famous street food from Kyushu Prefecture in Japan. Grilled rice ball wrap with Kurobuta Pork Belly on a stick, with our own sweet soy sauce and topped with sesame, green onion, and yuzu kosho (citrus pepper).
And this week's Smorgasburger pop up-- Holy Basil serving a Double australian Wagyu mixed ground pork patties , fermented Habaneros cucumber pickled, black soy sauce Aioli, Basil and fry basil.
